Breadline bakery has a touch screen. For example, when the machine has electrical and electronic faults, you can see it as a picture on the screen and you will be warned in writing. It has a PLC screen so that you can make the general settings of the machine. If you have any problems with the help of the PLC screen, we immediately assist you with remote access. Since all the working parts of the machine are detachable, it is very easy to clean, and you can put it back on after cleaning. Temperature variations are quite normal depending on the area you use the machine.
Breadline bakery is compatible with high-temperature changes and does not deteriorate, you will not have any problems. You can save the recipes of the bread and products you make in the memory section of the machine. Thus, the next time you want to make it, you do not need to re-enter the recipe, you can make it by bringing the recipe from memory. The belt speeds of the machine may vary according to the products you will make. For this, you can change all the belt settings of the breadline bakery according to the product/products you will make. You can adjust the speed settings as levels. It is quite easy to use. Therefore, you do not have to employ too many qualified personnel.

The body and parts of the machine are also very important for the products you will obtain. To obtain especially healthy products, the parts must be rustproof steel. The body and parts of our breadline bakery are made of 304 quality chrome-nickel, that is, CRNI stainless metal. You can cut dough between 40 and 140 grams in the machine. You can also roll and cut 11 thousand doughs per hour.
In cutting processes that you will do without a machine, there is a lot of flour consumption. Since our breadline bakery will use very little flour, you will both save flour and provide a cleaner working environment. After your dough is cut, you can adjust the amount of flour you want. While the cutting process is taking place, our breadline bakery does not use oil continuously, you also save on oil usage as the lubrication process is automatic. Since our machine cuts the dough without pressure, it does not wear out or damage the dough like other machines.
Breadline Bakery Spreading Section
Pans in the dimensions you want in the breadline bakery automatically sort all kinds of dough. With the simple settings and changes you will make on the breadline bakery, it is possible to automatically place your pans, either corrugated or flat. If the pans are not where they should be, the machine will stop automatically and give you a warning. In this way, you will not lose your products.
