Deck Ovens With Automatic Loading System produced towards high production capacity, expandable and untouched production requirement of our customers in following time as considering the latest technology.

Cyclothermic or steam tube heating systems are the two alternatives in production line.

Due to the cyclothermic system's adjustable air flow valves and the computer controlled baking system, air flow of each deck can be controlled. Thus, uniform baking is provided on whole surface regardless of upper or lower deck.

Uniform baking guaranteed by steam tube system. Because pipes are covering around of each deck and heat is reaching everywhere equally. Uniform baking obtained on whole surfaces of the oven as transferring energy by pipes that located up and down of each deck.

ATS's multi deck oven which can be produced as 3-4-5 or 6 decks able to supply all needs of our customers regardless of product variety through automatic loading-unloading robot system, multifunctional baking, settings, combination via different dough processing machines.

Thanks to the isolation system, the heat produced can be kept in the oven for a long time. In addition, this heat isolation technology helps for quick heat recovery, same baking quality on production and continuous baking.

Base and gas channels of the oven are made by fire-proof bricks. This system is very important, it is causing an equal heat delivery to all surface.

Each deck can be loaded or unloaded easily by single operation of loading unit and gates of decks stay open for a very limited time that heat wasting is prevented and it helps to save energy.

ATS deck ovens can be operating by gas or diesel type solid energy sources

The oven is suitable for high or low baking temperatures which could be up to 300 ºC. In both models, upper or lower deck's baking heat balance is maintained.

Dough can be automatically taken from the wooden panels to the loading band.

Baked products are transposed via a belt to the next station for cooling or packaging.

The oven can be manufactured with 3, 4, 5 or 6 floors optionally. 

Whole system is managed via touchscreen panel and 250 different baking options can be loaded in system memory. Whole production facility can be observed through single system up to three ovens owing to multifunctional and colourful untouched panel.

Connection to the computer software is easy in case of any demand or problem accurse if internet connection is available on site.

Control program is developed by the software engineers employed at ATS to serve our clients better and faster.

Our clients can observe the situatipn of the production line via ios or android system based mobile devices through internet connection.

Tray Loading Robot

Tray loading robot can make your work easier. The shaped dough pieces coming from long moulder are spread out on the wooden pallet or tray in a row single, double or triple as demanded. New designed ATS tray loading robot picks the tray, load on the tray trolley and get the other free tray at the same time. When the process completed for all the trays, the trolley automatically forced to move to the exit and the system get the free trolley to be loaded.

The wooden pallets or aluminium trays can be used for the system. Both also available at the same time as an option. If demanded, the additional equipment can be used to sprinkle materials on dough.

All the system is controlled and observed by touch screen display.

The machine can be designed depending on building plan or dough process direction.

The system never deforms the trays or wooden pallets during the process.

The capacity of the system is 3.300 pcs in an hour.

GENERAL PROPERTIES

  • Electric and electronic issues on the machine can visually be seen on the screen and precautions can be taken.
  • The machine's general settings are done through PLC controlled touch screens.
  • In case of a failure in the PLC program, the program can be re-installed from a safe distance.
  • The working parts and belts can easily be removed and inserted.
  • The machine can easily be cleaned

SLICING PART

  • The machine's body and parts are made from (304 quality) Chrome-Nickel (CRNI), rustproof metal.
  • The machine can serve 6 pieces of dough at equal masses
  • The machine slices dough that has a mass range in between 40-140 grams
  • The machine can slice and roll approximately 11,000 pieces of roll bread dough per hour (hamburger dough - 10,000 pieces / hr, sandwich dough - 8,000 pieces / hr)
  • A clean atmosphere is created due to the use of little amounts of flour during the slicing of dough
  • The amounts of flour needed can be set for the sliced dough
  • The machine does not manually require to be oiled, the oiling system is done automatically
  • The slicing of dough with no pressure has it's unique quality of which does not fret the dough.

FERMANTATING

  • This machine is used for products that needs to be shaped in a form
  • The sliced dough, if not rested for a period of time after cooking results in breakage, frets and cracks.
  • The main purpose of fermentation is to take on the stress that the sliced and damaged dough faces.
  • After the arrival of 6 doughs from slicing it is then divided by 2 into the fermentation machine
  • There is a total of 140 rows where 3 baskets are positioned to be in each row. 120 rows are totally filled with dough whereas the remaining 20 are the ones that return to start to pick up fresh doughs. As a result, there are 360 piece of baskets filled with dough each time.
  • The baskets are appropriate for the food to be carried in. The material is made out of polymers where it can also be cleaned
  • At it's maximum speed fermentation period only takes 2.5 minutes
  • The fermentation machine has direct bands at the bottom of the machine
  • When the fermentation machine is not in use the direct bands are used to transfer doughs that have arrived from the slicing.

SHAPING

  • In the shaping unit there is the shaping, compressing bands, ***
  • Compressing band is used to give a circular shape
  • Forming pad
  • Depending on the mass of the dough, the length and shape of the product can easily be set
  • The lining apparatus lines up the sandwich types of dough individually so that it's not messy. After the 3 pieces are lined up in a row these are then transported for packaging.

GENERAL FEATURES

Electrical and electronic faults of the machine are seen on the screen as a Picture and warned in written.
General settings of the machine are made on touch screen with PLC-controlled.
PLC program of the machine can be loaded again with a remote access in case of fault status.
Working portions and belts of the machine can be disassembled and assembled easily.
Machine is cleaned easily.
Machine is not affected by high incidence of environment temperature change.
All information of the machine is saved to memory and used all the time.
The speed settings of all conveyors in machine can be adjusted to the wanted level.
Machine is learnt easily and used.

CUTTING SECTION

It is the section where wanted ornaments put on Roll bread dough Roll
Natural cereals such as sesame, wheat crumb, bran, black cumin, special mixture (oat-rye-sun flower kernel), flaxseed, oat meal etc. are strewed as ornament.
Ornament unit consists of 3 main sections.
1. Section; watering section, roll dough is wetted,
2. Section; Ornament first section, onto the product is strewed while it is passing under cereal tank
3. Section; Ornament second section, another cereal is strewed onto the product passing under cereal tank, In ornament unit, photo electricity sensors activate the ornament unit by seeing where and how many cereals are strewed to product.
Cereal amount to be strewed onto product is set by touch screen,
There is a bolted-wheeled cereal restocking tank for reuse of redundant ornament cereals,
Cereal tanks can have average 25 kg product.


SPREADING (AUTOMATIC RANKING TO PAN)

Machine ranks all kinds of dough to the pan and panel strip (wood pan) in wanted size automatically.
It make automatic ranking for corrugated and flat pans thanks to simple setting of the machine.
It does not make automatic ranking, stops and gives a warning if pan or panel strip are not in their places.

After the final test of the machines, they are fixed on pallet and covered with two layer of protectors. Machines are also covered with wooden crate to avoid any damage might be caused.
