Rotary Oven

The rotary oven is a bakery equipment which designed specially for bakeries which they want productivity, quality product, homogeneous baking characteristic and more energy saving.


Control panel can be as touchscreen or manual.

To ensure long term usage, oven burning chamber is produced by stainless steel

Air flow channels are adjustable that inside of the baking chamber. So hot air reach equally to all surfaces and obtains equal baking, regardless of up or down floor, right or left side of the tray.

Required steam quantity is always ready by the newly designed powerful steam generator.

Rotary Convection Oven

Rotary convection oven has been designed especially for producing cake, pastry, sandwich bread at pastry shops, restaurants, hotels and bakery shops.

Owing to rotary platform and heat circulation systems with double fans, in each place on the tray that provides equal heat distribution and baking balance.

The oven can be produced with touchscreen or manual control panel.

The oven can be produced with Electric or Gas heating systems.

The oven manufactured by stainless steel. Energy saving was ensured with a good heating insulation. It works safely owing to it’s limit key rotary platform system and two pieces security thermostat system.

The required steam quantity supplies by the cascade type powerful steam generator.

Hood at the top of the oven is a standard hardware with a aspirator fan.

Fermentation unit can be placed bottom of the oven which provides humidity and heat for fermenting products.

Rotary Convection Oven (15 Tray)

Rotary Rack convection oven is particularly suitable for baking of baking pastry products, gastronomy products and big or small bread. It is useful for confectioners, restaurants and hotels. Heat distribution on the product is obtained through the forced circulation of heated air, by means of one piece fan. This oven has a very good uniformity of baking and vaporizer placed inside the baking chamber. High quality insulation ensures energy saving. It is only produced with electricity.  Electric power is 34 kw/hr and needed trifaze (380 volt) electric supply.

Mini Deck Oven

Mini deck ovens are ideal for small bakeries, however can also work very well in larger bakeries as a second oven for baking of smaller products such as baklava, pizza, pie, pastry, cake, sponge and all other yeast having dough types.

Control panel is produced as touch screen or manual type.

Up to 5 decks can be used on each and there is equipment which supply moist environment for fermented products at underside of the oven. Also the stainless steel table is available.

Each deck can be controlled individually between 0-300 C and heat of ceiling and base are managed as separately.

It is only produced as an electrical.

Holding heat of stone bases is in maximum level.

Products can be observed clearly through glass doors and powerful enlightening.

Baked according to the ancient principle of the wood oven with refractory brick (heat resistant brick that can withstand prolonged high heat conditions): baking with decreasing temperature, currently very topical.

With the different models with different capacities, you will find a range of bread ovens that allow you to bake anything you find in a bakery - you can also prepare meat and vegetables in a perfect way (pizzas, quiches, casseroles, etc...).

  • On 1, or 3 baking surfaces of pure chamotte brick (refractory brick), depending on the type of oven, you can bake up to 12 loaves of bread in one turn.
  • With its adjustable thermostat with warning light, you can accurately set the temperature to 250°C (482°F). The machine A40 is provided with 2 thermostats, so that the baking surfaces of chamotte brick (refractory brick) can be heated separately. The interior lighting and the viewing window allow you to closely monitor the baking process.
  • All our machines are provided with 1 steam vents. The ability to bake with steam ensures that you can also bake, among other things, light and crispy pistolets (a small crusty bread roll) and baguettes without additives.
  • The construction in stainless steel, both inside and outside, guarantee a long lifetime. The resistances of 600 or 800 watts are respectively 2 and 3 meters long and do not glow, adding to an unlimited durability.
  • An economical consumption is guaranteed by the use of thermal insulation of high and lasting quality.
  • Each machine comes with an instruction manual and recipe book.
  • As the small ovens works with 220 volt, single phase house electric supply, you can work with it at all buildings. No need to have industrial electric system.
  • Fermentation Unit, steam tray, baking tray and small mixers are also available on request.
  • The ovens are ideal for small bakeries, street bakeries, pastry shops, supermarkets and roadside bakeries…

Tray Trolley

The tray trolleys are used for rototherm ovens and can be produced for different tray capacities and dimensions. Made of stainless steel. The trolleys can be used also for production cooling purpose or store on. The standard tray dimension in production are 35x45, 40x60, 53x65, 60x80, 75x104, 80x100 cm. On the other hand special designed trays with different dimensions welcomed if order is for bulk. Trays for hamburger, sandwich, flat, perforated, toats and baguette are avaliable.
